Scones and Clotted Cream scones
2 1/4 cup metabo lite
2 tsp baking powder
1 stick of butter Cut in dry
1 egg beaten with 2/3 cup soy milk
add til moist form into biscuits and bake on stone 425* about 13 min.
Clotted cream
1 package cream cheese (I think it's 8 ounces)
2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 teaspoons powdered splenda measeure
1 healthy teaspoon vanilla
just a tiny splash of lemon juice
Blend it until it looks disgusting.... Serve on warm scones
