Sizzlers 1 or 2 smoked sausage sizzlers (shaped like a hot dog)
split lengthwise (do not split to ends, keep ends closed)
Stuff the slit with cheese of your choice (do not overstuff)
Wrap with thin sliced bacon around the sizzler, covering the sausage and cheese. Secure with toothpick if necessary.
Bake @ 350 degrees until bacon is cooked to your taste. Or you can broil
The sizzlers i use (Eckrich) are 2 g carbs each sausage
These are a delightful taste change for the tasate buds!
I make up 4 at a time and warm the leftovers the next day
