Peanut Butter Cookies!
1 C Peanut Butter
1 egg
1 C Splenda (or equivalent, 24 pkts Equal/splenda. Don't use sweet n low!
UGH!)
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix it up in a bowl, drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet (no need
to grease it) and press down with fork to make those lovely peanut butter
cookie marks. Bake at 300 for about 10-12 min or until starting to get a
little browned on the bottom. BE CAREFUL getting them off the cookie sheet
to cool as these are so very crumbly and delicate they break when you look
at them!
But oh so yummy and the only carbs, I guess, would be in whatever brand of
peanut butter you use.
