Cheese Cake 2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup granulating Splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
butter
crushed graham crackers (about 1 tbls)
knox unflavored gelatin 1 packet
mix gelatin and Splenda in small bowl,
add boiling water, stir for 5min. until
gelatin is completely dissolved.
Beat cream cheese and vanilla till creamy, add
to gelatin mixture, mix well.
Take butter to glass pie plate, smear on bottom of
plate. Take graham craker crumbs, shake till bottom
of plate lightly coated, shake off rest(throw it out!)
Chill for 3 hours-----enjoy telling spouse your legally eating
