Low Carb Shake Recipes

Strawberry Shake
1/2 cup milk
2 cups Strwberry Icecream
1 Blender
combine and Mix

Coconut Shake
1 can any kind of coconut milk
4 packs splenda
2 scoops of atkins shake powder-vanilla or chocolate(can omit this)
large water glass full of ice
1/2 water glass of cold water

combine all the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. only about 10 grams carbs for the whole blender full(depending on type of coconut milk and whether or not you use the atkins shake powder)

*this is a great breakfast drink
*i sometimes add this to my morning coffee. it makes a sweet foamy head on the coffee-like a sweet latte.
