Salmon Poached in Cream
| Place a pices of salmon large enough to feed the number of people you haveIn a casserole.
Season with salt & pepper.
Smother with thinly sliced onions, or chives.
Cover with heavy whipping cream.
Cover casserole and bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.You will smell the onions when it is done.
Usually served with boiled potatoes, but try Cauliflower instead useing the cream as a sauce.
