No Crust Pizza
| 2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp.ground oregano
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 c. low carb pizza sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz. package of sliced pepperoni
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375. Add salt & pepper (to taste) to ground beef. Spread beef onto large cookie sheet (use nonstick spray). Mix sauce and spices together. Spread sauce over meat w/ pastry brush. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the sauce. Place pepperoni evenly on top of cheese. Place it in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Drain off grease before serving. serves 4-6
