Easy No Bake Cheesecake 8oz pkg cream cheese @ room temp
1/3c Splenda
1 container Cool Whip Free
Combine Splenda and cream cheese thoroughly. Do not do this with a hand mixer or Splenda will fly everywhere. Carefully fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie pan.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours. You could also add a couple of tablespoons of sugar free peanut butter to the mixture before you chill it. |
