Jalapeno Poppers 1
2 c jalapenos
4 sl bacon,cut up small
1/2 c onion chopped small
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c monterey jack

Fry bacon and onion together till bacon is crisp,drain and let cool. Mix all ingredients together. Slice peppers in half and stuff with mixture. Bake @ 350 F. for about 15 minutes.

Mixture is also good for stuffed mushrooms.

Jalapeno Poppers 2
One pound of jimmy dean sausage
8 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded with top attached
one pkg of cream cheese or cheddar cheese

Deseed peppers--careful becasue they are hot to the skin. Place a small pice of cheese to fill inside cavity of pepper. Wrap sausage around the pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
