Q. How many carbs am I supposed to have per day if I want to be in ketosis?

A. In order to reach Ketosis. You need to follow the 2 week induction part of Dr. Atkins diet. You are allowed no more than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day. This should lead you right into ketosis with no trouble

Each person is different; once you are finished with Induction, you will have to test it to see how many you can tolerate and still stay in ketosis. As long as you stay under that carb number (mine is 35) you will stay in ketosis.
