Green Chile Pinwheels
Ingredients for pinwheels:
3 pkgs. 8 count Low Carb large or burrito size tortillas
2 lbs. cooked and crumbled bacon
2 6oz. cans Mario pitted extra large black olives
1 16oz. pkg. Sargento shredded 4 cheese Mexican cheese
4 16oz. tubs of Philadelphia cream cheese
3 4oz. cans Hatch diced green chiles (hot)
3 4oz. cans Hatch diced green chiles (mild)
Bring cream cheese to room temperature
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large glass bowl
Use about 1/3 cup filling and evenly spread across entire tortilla
Tightly roll tortilla
Wrap each tortilla roll in foil and chill overnight.
Next day cut chilled rolls into pinwheels. Each roll yields 10 pinwheels. For a heartier snack cut into 8 slices.
