Florentine Fish My husband fixes this recipe for us. This recipe is from his late wife Naydene's copious recipe collection. Enjoy!
1 pound of fish (halibut, snapper or ling cod)
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 cup canned milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. worchestershire
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of nutmeg & paprika
Cook & season the spinach, then layer in a buttered baking dish. Place the fish on top of the spinach. Mix the milk, worchestershire sauce and dry mustard together, pour over the fish. Put the grated cheese on top of fish & sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
