Spicy Scrambled Egg Salad

2 oz of 85% lean ground beef
1 cup of egg whites
1 cup of baby greens or other salad mix
2 tbsp of mexican tomatilo sauce

Cook the lean beef and drain most grease. Using same pan stir in eggs. Let cook for 30 seconds, then stir in your greens. After letting cook for another 30 seconds, stir in your tomatilllo sauce and let cook for another 30 seconds.

Serve and enjoy!
