Amys Deviled Eggs
1 dz eggs (hard boiled)
1/2 cup low carb mayonaise
1 tsp or more yellow mustard
1/4 tsp Accent or salt
1/4 tsp paprika
paprika for garnish

Cut boiled eggs in half. Remove yolks and place them in a small bowl. Set egg white halves aside. Mash yolks with a fork until small crumbs are formed. Add mayo, mustard, Accent or salt and paprika to the yolks. Mix thoroughly. Spoon this mixture into the egg white halves. Garnish with paprika if desired.
