Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
1 pkg frozen brussel sprouts (the bag, not the box), thawed and halved
1/2 lb bacon
1/2 onion, chopped
salt, pepper, to taste
In a large pan, brown the bacon. When bacon is about halfway done, add
chopped onion. When onion is soft and translucent, add halved brussel
sprouts. Stir often and when sprouts are heated through, season with salt
and pepper to taste.
